Refund Policy

Due to the produtct's nature and for hygiene purposes, we do not accept requests for exchanges or refunds, except in the case of damaged or defective goods. If an item is deemed to be defectived, please email: [email protected] stating your Name, Order Number, along with a Photo of The Product. To be deemed defective, the item MUST NOT differ in condition as it was received, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchase. Fabulash Minks reserves the right to refuse refund/replacement products if 30 days have passed since the purchase of the product. If product is deemed defective by Fabulash Minks, you can request for a replacement of the same item or a refund of the product price. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please allow up to 7-15 business days for refund to show on your statement. 

REFUSE OR RETURN PACKAGES

In case of Refuse or Return packages, we will charge the shipping and handling fees to the mode of payment choosen on the checkout form, and will be deducted from any refund. A reshipping fee will also be charged in case reshipment is needed. Fabulash Minks IS NOT responsible for any shipped packages that are lost or stolen.
